Return and Exchange Policy

Cakes cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, as they are specially prepared according to the customer's request.

The order must be inspected upon receipt to ensure its safety and compliance with the requested product.
In the event that a wrong product arrives or is damaged, you must contact us immediately and attach clear photos to process the request. Failure to report immediately is considered an acknowledgment of the product's safety and a discharge of the store's responsibility.
The product must be in its original condition with all accessories. Removing protection stickers or using the product voids the right of return.
The order cannot be canceled after it is confirmed; cancellation can only be requested before the cake preparation begins.
No returns are accepted if the customer is late in receiving the order, or if the delivery location is changed after the representative has moved. Additional shipping fees may apply in case of non-receipt.
